What we are is God's gift to us.
What we become is our gift to God.
~Eleanor Powell

The rain outside all day has been wonderful. We need it so badley. I spent the evening making shower invites for a wedding shower that I am one of the host. I really love getting to do these kind of things, playing with the graphics and the layout, and then choosing some wonderful paper to work with the project. It is even more pleasing when its for such a special person. Thank you my dear husband for helping me finish tonight!

Ladies in Red

Celebrating Relationships...that is why I Scrapbook to remember the momemts, the places and people in my life. New pics arrived this eve via email from my daughter n-law, Jill. She is such a great photographer and is so good about keeping me up on current happenings and photos of my favorite girls. (Thank you Jill!) Time flies so fast, let us slow down long enough to cherish the moments and embrace life.

Finished planting all my herbs today. Hopefully, they will all do well. We get a kick out of trying them in different dishes we cook. We also did the upside tomato plants. After searching all over Duncan & Lawton for the upside down tomato planters with no luck, we made our own planters from a diy instructions online. I will publish photos of these later.

Seth's Blog : I need more time

I receive daily feeds from Seth Godin....if you never have heard of him he has some terrific books out there for reading. I would like to share todays quote.

I need more time
First rule of decision making: More time does not create better decisions.
In fact, it usually decreases the quality of the decision.
More information may help. More time without more information just creates anxiety, not insight.
Deciding now frees up your most valuable asset, time, so you can go work on something else. What happens if, starting today, you make every decision as soon as you have a reasonable amount of data?
